9:30 AM, 2:30 PM or 6:30 PM: We are going to pick you up from your accommodation or meeting point and with our expert Chef we will immerse in the Peruvian Cuisine: Prepare the most popular Peruvian dishes: Lomo Saltado and Causa Limeña. We show you how to cook your own Peruvian food.
This class is for people who love traditional food and want to do it at home! You will love the relaxed atmosphere without boring demonstrations because we believe in the practical approach. It will make an authentic Peruvian dish to seduce your palate and then enjoy your achievements.
For cooking, we use ceramic pots, just as our ancestors did (Inkas). In this way we will keep all the natural flavour.

Entry: Causa Limeña (Mashed yellow potatoes seasoned with lime and ají, and filled with Quinoa and avocado)
Main course: Lomo Saltado (Sautéed Tomatoes, Onions, Beef).
Drink: Chicha Morada (Our national drink)

TOUR PICK UP
This tour includes pick up from your hotel only when it is located in Miraflores, San Isidro and Barranco. Outside of these specific districts, we ask you to pay an extra fee for your pick up.
If you are located in Miraflores and your hotel is near to our kitchen you can also come directly to our meeting point in Calle porta 170, Miraflores, just let us know.
