Peru Traces Travel & Tours offers you the POSADA AMAZONAS lodge, in the jungle of Tambopata Reserve in the department of Madre de Dios, 45 minutes by plane from Cusco. you can stay at the lodge from 2, 3, 4 or more nights. According to the nights you decide to stay in the lodge, you can choose a list of activities, which you can select at the time you make your reservations or in the same place at the time of arrival at the lodge.
THE JUNGLE LODGE
Within the pristine Amazon Rainforest, our Posada Amazonas lodge connects you to the natural and cultural wonders of the Tambopata jungle. The lodge is conveniently located just two hours from Puerto Maldonado, yet it offers ample opportunities to observe wildlife and to discover ancient indigenous heritage.
HOW TO GET THERE
To begin your rainforest tour, you take a quick plane trip from Lima or Cuzco to the Amazonian city of Puerto Maldonado, in Southeastern Peru. After we meet you at the airport, we’ll take you on a one hour road trip, followed by a tranquil hour boating on the Tambopata River, to arrive at our jungle oasis.
