Start the afternoon with a unique experience in the Usaca Desert. Between 2:00 and 2:30 pm, we will pick you up directly from your hotel in Nazca and embark on an exciting buggy ride. These vehicles are designed to challenge the sand dunes, reaching surprising speeds and even jumping over the dunes, guaranteeing an unforgettable adrenaline-filled experience.

Our tour will first take us to the Ocongalla aqueducts, a fascinating pre-Columbian engineering work that shows how ancient cultures irrigated their dry lands to cultivate them. This is a testament to the skill and ingenuity of the civilizations that inhabited the region.

Then, we will visit the enigmatic archaeological site of the Cahuachi Pyramids, an ancient ceremonial center used by the Nazca culture. This pilgrimage site will offer you a window into the past, allowing you to connect with the region’s rich history as you explore these sacred structures.

The adventure continues with an exciting sandboarding session, an activity similar to surfing but on the soft sands of the desert. Our guide will provide you with instructions and safety rules, and then you will have free time to slide down the dunes. You can choose to tackle dunes that vary in height, from 30 to 400 meters, depending on your level of confidence and desire for adventure.

Finally, we will return to the city of Nazca, where we will drop you off at your hotel or at the bus terminal, thus concluding a day full of emotions, history and unforgettable landscapes. Get ready to live an experience that will leave you breathless in the Usaca desert!
